MessyMe - Splashmat!

I am currently working with MessyMe, a brand who make beautiful oil cloth products for you and your messy baba! They sent me one of their Splashmat's to have some fun with ... here's what happened!
So I whipped up some bubbles with bubble bath & a hand blender, poured them on our mat and we had some right fun!
We were originally planning to do this outside with a little paddling pool however the weather has suddenly changed on us and I didn't want our little pudding getting too cold. So I measured some warm water and made bubbles out of that for some indoor messy fun - which isn't so messy with the Splashmat!!
We started off plain and simple, getting used to bubbles, having a bit of fun, Sophie was loving discovering these flurry wet clouds that were there for her to smoosh around in!
The Splashmat made a perfect job out of keeping our carpet clean and dry whilst she was rolling around playing in her bubbles; and turned into what was going to be an outdoor activity, into a perfectly clean and tidy indoor activity without mess!
Soon she discovered how much mess she could make with the bubbles, but that still didn't make a mucky of my carpet!
I can't wait until the sun starts shining again so that we can take this mat outdoors and have fun in the sunshine! For now, we'll stick to indoor bubbles and paints!
